Set up your salon’s online booking page in 10 minutes

1 July 2026 · 3 min read · The SnipDay team

Half of booking requests come after you’ve closed for the day. A public booking page answers them for you: customers pick a service, a time and confirm — and it appears in your calendar automatically. Here’s how to set one up.

1. Add your services and prices

List what you offer with the right duration and price. Duration matters most — it decides how your day is sliced into bookable slots, so a 30-minute haircut and a 90-minute colour are offered correctly.

2. Add your team

Add each professional who takes bookings. Customers can pick a favourite or let you assign whoever is free — fewer clicks means more completed bookings.

3. Set your opening hours

Your hours decide which slots show. Set them once and the page never offers a time you’re closed.

4. Tune your booking rules

In settings, choose how much notice you need before a slot, how far ahead people can book, and how tightly slots are spaced. Sensible defaults are already there, so you can skip this and change it later.

5. Share your link everywhere

Put your booking link in your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp status, and your Google profile. Every place a customer might find you should be one tap from booking you.

That’s it. Your page is free, it’s listed in your city’s salon directory, and every booking confirms over WhatsApp — no phone tag required.
